Absence from Training
Beginning September 2023, Athletics Gymnastics Academy will implement a policy that all athletes returning from a 1 (+) year break will require an assessment to re-enter their advanced class. Athletes are invited to move into a more advanced class, such as Kindergym, Intermediate, or Competitive, based on their current level of maturity, skills and time. Therefore, the assessment will ensure that athletes returning from a 1 (+) year break are placed in the appropriate class level. They will be placed in a class where they have the skills required for success.

- Assessments are predetermined skill requirements for every class level offered at Athletics Gymnastics Academy. Each class has different prerequisites for athletes to succeed. It is necessary to book your assessment through our Facebook direct message, or email. There are no drop-ins or phone calls. Assessments can only be booked when a staff member of Athletics Gymnastics Academy is available so timeslots could be limited.
- If assessment cannot be made prior to the session beginning athletes must register for a beginner level program i.e., Beginner (age 6-9), Beginner (age 10+), Beginner Tumbling or Beginner Trampoline. Should our capacity allow, mid-session class switches are possible if our coaching staff determines that it is not an appropriate fit during the session.
Policy of Funding Assistance
In September 2023, Athletics Gymnastics Academy will impose a policy in which all members who have applied for funding to cover Athletics Gymnastics Academy fees must notify our staff. Your invoice will be created based on the information provided by our administrators. It is important to note that confirmation of funding does not guarantee a spot for an athlete. We recommend that families secure a space in a class before sending a funding application.
